COVID-19 pandemic is far from over and 'we lower our guard at our peril': WHO chief

The coronavirus pandemic is far from over, WHO director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus warned on Sunday at the opening of the U.N. health body's annual meeting, and to scale back testing without vaccinating more people is a recipe for "peril."
