Spain's King Felipe VI visits Valencia apartment block where deadly inferno killed at least 10 in Grenfell Tower-like tragedy

The Spanish monarch and his wife Queen Letizia were pictured meeting rescue workers today in the shadow of the gutted building which went up in flames on Thursday afternoon.
