Bombshell Hollywood actress Elisha Cuthbert is reportedly engaged to her longtime boyfriend, hockey player Dion Phaneuf. Cutbert, 27, began dating Phaneuf, 29, in 2008 and celebrated the event at New Glasgow Lobster in Prince Edward Island, Canada. "Last night we had the privilege of hosting a surprise engagement party for Dion Phaneuf and Elisha Cuthbert," the restaurant tweeted September 3. "Congrats to them both."
