Lizzy Caplan Says She's Not Involved With Marvel's S.H.I.E.L.D. Series

Thanks to Lizzy Caplan's role in the upcoming Marvel Studios short film Item 47 - which is part of the upcoming Blu-ray/DVD for Joss Whedon's The Avengers - there have been some that have speculated that she would be a top choice to star in the upcoming S.H.I.E.L.D. television series that Whedon is putting together (she is an established part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, after all). Sadly, though, it looks as though the busy young actress won't be able to make it work with her schedule.
