GM Cruises On U.S. And China Strength But Europe Is Still A Worry

General Motors announced its Q3 earnings on Wednesday and showed that European losses worsened but North America continued to churn out decent profits. GM’s results are similar to Ford Motors' which were announced a day earlier.
