Forbes Earnings Preview: Microchip Technology

Expectations have dropped for Microchip Technology's (MCHP) second quarter results in the month leading up to the company's earnings announcement slated for Thursday, November 8, 2012. The consensus analyst estimate has dropped from 47 cents a share to the current estimate of earnings of 44 cents a share.
