In trading on Wednesday, oil & gas exploration & production shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 2.1%. Leading the group were shares of Mcmoran Exploration (MMR), up about 75.5% and shares of Plains Exploration and Production (PXP) up about 24.9% on the day.
