WhiteHorse Finance Prices IPO

WhiteHorse Finance (WHF) announced today the pricing of the IPO of 6,666,667 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share, raising $100 million in gross proceeds. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,000,000 shares of common stock.
