Samsung today announced the Galaxy Grand — a five-inch Android smartphone apparently designed for mid-range consumers. Powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, the Galaxy Grand runs Android 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) and comes with a selection of built-in features included on other Galaxy models, including S Voice and Direct Call, which allows users to place calls by raising the handset to their ears.
