Aviv REIT Files Registration Statement For IPO

Aviv REIT announced today that it has filed a registration statement relating to the proposed IPO of its common stock with the SEC. The registration statement had previously been submitted on a confidential basis under the JOBS Act. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
