The Cleveland Browns have signed free agent quarterback Josh Johnson. Johnson was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers but never got a chance to be a starting quarterback for an extended period of time. He signed with the 49ers back in March to reunite with Jim Harbaugh, who coached Johnson at the University of San Diego.
