QGOG Constellation Files for IPO

QGOG Constellation announced that it filed its registration statement with the SEC today in connection with its IPO of common shares. QGOG Constellation's common shares are expected to commence trading after the SEC completes its review process. QGOG Constellation has applied to list its common shares on The New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "QGOG".
