Costume National designer Ennio Capasa channels London's youth for the 2013 fall/winter collection. Capasa's latest collection sees the designer forgo embellishment for a cleaner, tougher look -- think lots of black, leather, and slim silhouettes. Punctuating the looks are David Bowie-esque dramatic fedoras which managed to toe the fine line between edgy and embellished.
