Starz's Magic City was fairly slow out of the gate, dwelling on a Miami hotel owner, his two very different sons, a thief and a love affair, and a mad mob boss. Although that sounds like a lot, the story setup in Season 1 actually took up quite a bit of time and effort, which will hopefully set audiences up for a more action-packed Season 2. By the looks of things, Ike is already under water.
