Masonite Files Registration Statement for IPO of Common Shares

Masonite International Corporation announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the SEC relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common shares. In connection with the proposed offering the company intends to apply for listing of its common shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
