Listen: Shuggie Otis Shares "Special", From First Collection of New Material Since 1974

Shuggie Otis, the psychedelic soul artist best known for his track "Strawberry Letter 23" (made famous by the Brothers Johnson), last released a new album in 1974: the cult classic Inspiration Information. That album influenced generations of artists, and its tracks were sampled by J Dilla, OutKast, Beyoncé, and more.
