'Grey's Anatomy': Does Meredith Grey need to get fired?

HitFix's Liane Bonin Starr asks if "Grey's Anatomy" couldn't use a big, if temporary, change for its core character, who seems able to handle everything from plane crashes to pregnancy pretty darn well.
