Carrie Underwood performs on the "American Idol" (Fox at 8) results show, as does fellow "Idol" alum and country singer Casey James. Ben was forced to resign in shame as an 18-year-old mayor from his home town of Partridge, Minn., but now he's being given the key to the city on "Parks and Recreation" (NBC at 8:30).
