Eagles' Vick: Kelly's offense 'refreshing'

Michael Vick called Chip Kelly's offense "refreshing" and said he still considers himself the Philadelphia Eagles' starting quarterback in an interview with ESPN's Sal Paolantonio on Wednesday.
