PETA is unhappy that the National Zoo hosted a fundraiser last week where handlers from the Columbus Zoo brought in a cheetah, penguin, wallaby, and other hand-raised exotic animals. "The cheetah and other animals used at Jim Kimsey's zoo fundraiser do not enjoy being held and handled for photo opportunities," PETA said in a letter asking the zoo to stop allowing public interaction with live animals because its "no fun" for them.
