Forbes Earnings Preview: Host Hotels & Resorts

Wall Street is expecting higher profit for Host Hotels & Resorts (HST) when the company reports its first quarter results on Friday, May 3, 2013. The consensus estimate is calling for profit of 23 cents a share, a rise from 14 cents per share a year ago.
