-- James Taylor and Billy Joel dining together at Cafe Milano Tuesday night. The singer-songwriters -- both in town for the Gershwin Prize tributes to Carole King -- caused quite a buzz when they showed up in the main dining room of Georgetown's see-and-be-seen hotspot with dates (Taylor presumably with his wife Kim) and were seated in the main dining room. Jackets, no ties. Rockfish, gluten-free pasta and biscotti among the dishes that went to their table.
