Just days after repaying the Department of Energy $465 million 9 years ahead of schedule, Tesla CEO Elon Musk took to Twitter to engage in a fairly substantial conversation about climate change and what ought to be done about it. And while Musk had some time to kill -- he was apparently recuperating from minor surgery -- the comments seem to indicate a more public stance, coming on the heels of his appearance in Washington, D.C. Wednesday at the Climate Leadership Gala.
