Fabulous Find of the Week: Joe Fresh Printed Skirt

Back in March, department store JCPenney opened up Joe Fresh pop-up shops, which is exactly where we found this week's Fabulous Find. This cinch-waist skirt has an on-trend abstract print, plus the pretty blue color means it can be paired with a number of different hues. We think this easygoing skirt is perfect for summer -
