It's neither an ATV, nor a mini Humvee. Boeing's new Phantom Badger vehicle is a little jeep that can fit inside of a V-22 Osprey aircraft. Boeing's new proposal for a tactical vehicle can be loaded into a V-22 plane with six inches of space left on the sides, according to Shephard, a media organization focused on aerospace and defense.
