FINALE WATCH: It's farewell for good to ABC Family's hit franchise "Secret Life of the American Teenager" (at 8 p.m.), which started in summer 2008 as 15-year-old Amy found out she was pregnant after a tryst with a boy from her class at band camp. The drama has quadrupled since then, and in the series finale, Amy graduates from high school and ponders her relationships with Ben and Ricky over the years.
