Adrienne Arsht receives diplomatic honor from Spain

More diplomatic bling! On Monday, Spanish ambassador Ram n Gil-Casares presented the Order of the Cross of Isabel La Catolica to philanthropist Adrienne Arsht for her work on behalf of Latin America. It's a big deal: The fancy gold decoration with the white and gold ribbon was personally approved by King Juan Carlos and the foreign minister, then presented by the ambassador and followed by a celebration dinner.
