Canada's Ivanhoe Cambridge and a partner have agreed to purchase a 49% stake in 1211 Sixth Ave. The purchase is the latest in a recent string of large sales of Manhattan office buildings, including Sony's U.S. headquarters at 650 Madison Ave.
