The ratings gains and the People's Choice Awards were enough to give NBC Stations the confidence to go ahead and renew Steve Harvey for not only the promised second season, but for a couple of extra seasons, as well. So, fans of Harvey's over-the-top personality will be happy to note that new episodes will keep on coming through 2016. That's a much better fate than many daytime talk shows are getting and at least will get to see whether or not Harvey finds continued success into the future
