State crowdfunding & state banks will moot the JOBS Act

Guest Post Congress passed the baton to the SEC to pile on more regulations before crowdfunding becomes available to the general public. And the SEC is dragging it on as long as possible. But this might be the best thing ever for crowdfunding.
