At 9:30 Club, Yoakam delivers the same old, same old -- and that's as good as it gets

Dwight Yoakam's material sounded old at the 9:30 Club on Friday, even the new stuff. Course, the best country songs have always sounded old. And few, if any, artists of his generation have cranked out more great country songs than Yoakam, who played about everything he's known for and more during a highlight-heavy show.
