How To Hide Uneven Picture Ledge? -- Good Questions

Q: I just moved into my very own apartment in Brooklyn (no roommates!) and have been decorating. However, my newly developed drill using skills resulted in a slightly uneven picture shelf. As you can see, there is a gap between the left and center ledges. I would love some ideas on how to cover up this unevenness so that I don't have to remove, plaster and re-drill (the fuse box is actually hidden behind the blue picture), especially since I want to enter Small Cool next year!
