That's the SFW part of Brent Grimes' 30th birthday cake. The rest of it is kind of what the Kama Sutra would look like if it had been written in cake frosting. His wife threw him a surprise party this weekend to celebrate. It was casino themed. The cake had its own unrelated theme.
