Katy Perry arrives at the Smurfs 2 premiere held at Regency Village Theatre on Sunday (July 28) in Westwood, Calif. The 28-year-old entertainer brought along her lovely grandmother Ann and even ran into Britney Spears on the blue carpet. She was also joined by her co-stars Neil Patrick Harris and Jayma Mays.
