Boston Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz has always been generous with his time for his many legions of fans. But it's doubtful he ever expected what happened on Thursday during pregame ceremonies with the Kansas City Royals. Ortiz was apparently holding a fan's baby for a photo op prior to the game.
