And that's to be expected - SPOILERS if you're not caught up through Season 3 of The Walking Dead! - considering Season 3 ended with the residents of Woodbury being bussed in to the prison, where they would presumably be taking up permanent residence. Or as permanent as things tend to be in The Walking Dead.
