Raiders' Allen announces his starting left tackle

Oakland Raiders coach Dennis Allen said Friday that he still hasn't told Matt Flynn or Terrelle Pryor who will be the starting quarterback, but he did anoint rookie Menelik Watson as the starting left tackle.
