In my last post I wrote about some of the tech CEOs I most admire. While the CEOs of Lending Club, Crowdtilt, Uber and Fab are uniquely different individuals who have realized success in very different ways, they each share two characteristics: They overcame real setbacks on their road to success, and they built a moat around their business to maintain a competitive edge in industries rife with competition.
