Merger Roundup: RPM, FRM, ENG, POST

RPM International (RPM) announced that its Performance Coatings Group has acquired Expanko, a producer of terrazzo tile. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to be accretive to earnings within one year, were not disclosed.
