San Francisco Launches Tech Incubator To Transform Governments

For tech entrepreneurs, government may not be the first place they'd think of working on a project. Many entrepreneurs could run screaming if you mention government, afraid of bureaucracy and regulations that they assume are involved. But the city is hoping to change that with this new program, showing entrepreneurs the many opportunities in the public sector.
