Bruce Jenner reportedly underwent surgery to remove skin cancer, according to TMZ. On Tuesday, the 63-year-old was spotted with his nose all bandaged up, which sources told the website was a result of having a piece of tissue removed from his nose on Monday, which allegedly required 30 stitches.
