Alan Moore swears he's not the Northampton Clown

Acclaimed writer Alan Moore denied he is responsible for the appearance of the mysterious clown figure in his hometown of Northampton, England. The creepy character appears inspired by Stephen King's IT was first spoted on Sept. 13 on the street Moore lives on.
