Former Brazilian star Romario: 'FIFA is corrupt'

SAO PAULO (AP) -- Brazilian congressman and former soccer great Romario has launched another attack against FIFA, calling President Sepp Blatter ''a thief'' and secretary general Jerome Valcke ''a blackmailer.''
