Vin Diesel's Facebook page got a little more Dwayne Johnson on Tuesday, as Diesel posted a set photo from "Fast and Furious 7" that features none other than The Rock. Johnson, who starred in the last two "Fast" films, is not expected to play a large role in the seventh installment, something perhaps reinforced by the fact that the shot looks like it was taken in a hospital.
