Neil Patrick Harris and his partner David Burtka always come up with amazing Halloween costumes for themselves and their adorable twins… and this year was no exception! The family went for a monster theme this year with Neil going as Frankenstein, David as Dracula, Harper as the Bride of Frankenstein, and Gideon as a werewolf.
