For some time now, I've had the sense that we're somewhere in the middle of a great bull market that nobody wants to believe. And this feeling is reinforced by today's news that the Dow topped 16,000 for the first time, while the S&P leaped above the 1800 mark for the first time in its history as well. Both indexes fluctuated afterward, but these are milestones nonetheless.
