But when the Pinecrest Village Council voted to raise the monthly fee paid to the municipality and sought bids from new companies, Tomlin left after her contract expired on Nov. 1. She has found two new homes for her growing green-market empire, which also includes markets in Key Biscayne, Miami Beach and downtown Miami.
