A bunch of people are enjoying StarBound which is excellent, but as always, there's a number of people who have issues with the game. There's a common FPS issue with the game for some players.. Fortunately there is a fix that should work for them. There's a simple control panel change and there's a registry change. If you have issues, see which is best for you.
