Fighter Goes for Submission and Knocks Himself out

This wasn't how it was supposed to go. A fighter went for a daring takedown of his opponent, but he misjudged his leap, landed on his head and knocked himself out cold. This guy could use a little more practice on his technique. Thanks to reddit for the find.
