Utilitarian lifestyle label Best Made looks to heritage hardware manufacturing in the Japanese "Higo" Knife. A unique model which debuted in 1894 by Japanese blacksmith Sadaharu Murakami, the Higonokami knife has been a popular tool through the decades.
